Terms of Service

Welcome to & Kleos.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies, community guidelines, safety notices, subscription terms, purchase terms, and privacy notices referenced in this document, govern your access to and use of & Kleos, including the mobile application, website, software, features, content, communications, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, browsing, or using & Kleos, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully. They affect your legal rights and responsibilities.

Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms: “& Kleos,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Aureliano Technologies, the owner and operator of the Service.

“Service” means the & Kleos mobile application, website, software, platform, features, services, communications, content, and related products.

“User,” “you,” or “your” means any individual who accesses, downloads, registers for, or uses the Service.

“Account” means a registered user profile created to access the Service.

“Invite” means a public or private social invitation created through the Service, including coffee dates, casual meetings, lounge plans, gatherings, city happenings, or other real-life social plans.

“Public Invite” means an Invite that may be visible to other users through the Service, depending on location, filters, settings, and app functionality.

“Private Invite” means an Invite sent to, shared with, or intended for selected users.

“Request” means a user’s request to join, accept, or participate in an Invite.

“Meetup” means any real-life meeting, coffee date, gathering, event, or social happening arranged, discovered, or connected through the Service.

“Host” means a user who creates, publishes, or manages an Invite.

“Guest” means a user who requests, accepts, joins, or attends an Invite.

“User Content” means any content uploaded, created, submitted, displayed, transmitted, or shared by users through the Service, including profile information, usernames, bios, invite details, messages, images, proof posts, venue details, captions, reactions, and other materials.

“Proof Post” means content uploaded after a Meetup to show, preserve, or record that a Meetup or social moment occurred.

“Venue” means any café, restaurant, lounge, hotel lobby, gallery, public space, private location, business, or third-party location connected to an Invite or Meetup.

“Paid Features” means subscriptions, in-app purchases, credits, boosts, premium features, invite enhancements, or any paid digital products offered through the Service.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

About & Kleos

& Kleos is a social invitation platform designed for coffee dates, casual meetings, refined gatherings, and city happenings.

The Service allows users to create public and private Invites, request to join Invites, accept or decline Requests, coordinate through chat, view upcoming and recent Meetups, and share Proof Posts or memories of completed social moments.

& Kleos is built around real-life presence: coffee, conversation, meetings, elegant social planning, and intentional moments around the city.

Platform Role

& Kleos provides a technology platform that helps users create, discover, request, accept, and coordinate social Invites.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, & Kleos does not:

  • Organize, supervise, sponsor, host, or guarantee any Meetup.
  • Employ or represent users.
  • Own, operate, or control Venues.
  • Verify every user’s identity, background, intentions, or statements.
  • Guarantee that any user will attend, behave appropriately, or meet expectations.
  • Guarantee the quality, safety, availability, pricing, or suitability of any Venue.
  • Provide transportation, security, emergency assistance, event management, or hospitality services.

Users are responsible for their own decisions, conduct, safety, transportation, expenses, and interactions.

Not a Dating App, Escort Service, or Adult Service

& Kleos is a social invitation app. It is not a dating app, matchmaking service, escort service, adult service, romantic compatibility platform, or sexual networking service.

Users may choose to meet for coffee, conversation, meetings, or social happenings, but & Kleos does not promise romantic, social, professional, financial, or personal outcomes.

You must not use & Kleos to solicit, arrange, promote, request, or facilitate:

  • Sexual services.
  • Escort services.
  • Prostitution.
  • Human trafficking.
  • Pornographic content.
  • Explicit sexual encounters.
  • Sugar dating, compensated companionship, or transactional intimacy.
  • Any unlawful, exploitative, or unsafe activity.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who attempt to use & Kleos for these purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use & Kleos.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
  • You have not previously been suspended, removed, or banned from & Kleos unless we have given you written permission to return.
  • Your use of the Service complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We may request proof of age, identity, or eligibility at any time. If we believe you are under 18, have provided false information, or are otherwise ineligible, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms when you:

  • Create an account.
  • Use the Service.
  • Publish or request an Invite.
  • Send or receive messages.
  • Upload User Content.
  • Purchase or subscribe to a Paid Feature.
  • Continue using the Service after an update to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we may notify you through the app, by email, by website notice, or by another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will become effective when posted or on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of & Kleos after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This may include your name, username, email address, profile photo, age-related confirmation, location-related information, and other information needed to operate the Service.

You agree to keep your information accurate and updated.

You must not:

  • Use false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Create an account for someone else without permission.
  • Use another user’s account.
  • Share your account access with another person.
  • Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, moderation, blocking, suspension, or enforcement.
  • Sell, transfer, rent, or assign your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You agree to:

  • Use a secure password.
  • Protect access to your email account and device.
  • Log out from shared devices.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Not share your account credentials with anyone.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Usernames, Profiles, and Identity

Your username, profile photo, bio, and other profile information must not be false, misleading, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, defamatory, or infringing.

You must not use a username, image, or profile that:

  • Impersonates another person.
  • Suggests affiliation with & Kleos without permission.
  • Contains offensive, obscene, hateful, or threatening language.
  • Infringes trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.
  • Misleads users about your identity, age, intentions, location, status, or role.

We may remove, modify, restrict, or reclaim usernames, profile content, or profile visibility at our discretion.

Public and Private Invites

& Kleos allows users to create Public Invites and Private Invites.

Invites may include information such as:

  • Venue or meeting location.
  • Date and time.
  • Invite title or description.
  • Invite mood or purpose.
  • Coffee, meeting, lounge, walk, gallery, dinner, or happening category.
  • Host information.
  • Guest Requests.
  • Status updates.
  • Map or place details.
  • Other information supported by the Service.

When creating an Invite, you agree that:

  • The Invite is truthful and not misleading.
  • The Invite has a lawful and respectful purpose.
  • The location, timing, and nature of the Invite are described accurately.
  • You will not create fake, deceptive, unsafe, exploitative, or illegal Invites.
  • You will not misrepresent the purpose of the Meetup.
  • You will not pressure users to attend.
  • You will not use Invites to harass, stalk, shame, threaten, expose, or manipulate others.
  • You will not use Invites to advertise unrelated products, services, events, groups, or platforms without our permission.

We may remove, hide, limit, or moderate Invites that violate these Terms, receive reports, create safety concerns, or conflict with the purpose and atmosphere of & Kleos.

Requests, Acceptances, and Declines

Users may request to join an Invite. The Host may accept or decline Requests at their discretion.

You understand and agree that:

  • Sending a Request does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Accepting a Request does not guarantee attendance.
  • Users may cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend.
  • A Host may decline a Request without giving a reason.
  • You must not harass, shame, pressure, threaten, or retaliate against a user who declines, ignores, cancels, or does not respond.

& Kleos does not guarantee that any Invite, Request, acceptance, chat, or Meetup will result in any particular outcome.

Meetups and Real-Life Interactions

& Kleos connects users for real-life plans. Real-life meetings involve personal judgment and risk.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Deciding whether to meet another user.
  • Choosing where and when to meet.
  • Arranging your own transportation.
  • Paying your own expenses unless clearly agreed otherwise.
  • Protecting your own safety and belongings.
  • Conducting yourself respectfully.
  • Leaving any situation that feels uncomfortable or unsafe.

& Kleos is not responsible for:

  • The behavior of users online or offline.
  • Whether a user attends a Meetup.
  • The accuracy of a user’s profile, messages, or Invite details.
  • The safety, quality, accessibility, availability, or suitability of a Venue.
  • Any food, drink, service, bill, reservation, fee, or charge at a Venue.
  • Any injury, loss, dispute, emotional distress, reputational harm, or damage arising from a Meetup.

Safety Guidelines

You agree to use & Kleos responsibly and to take reasonable safety precautions.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Meet in public, well-lit places, especially for first Meetups.
  • Avoid sharing private addresses with people you do not know.
  • Tell someone you trust where you are going.
  • Arrange your own transportation.
  • Keep your phone charged.
  • Avoid leaving drinks or belongings unattended.
  • Leave any situation that feels unsafe or uncomfortable.
  • Report concerning behavior through the app.
  • Contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.

Safety guidance does not guarantee safety. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Emergency Situations

& Kleos is not an emergency service.

Reports, messages, emails, and support requests submitted through & Kleos may not be reviewed immediately.

If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.

User Conduct

You agree to treat other users with dignity, discretion, and respect.

You must not use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, abuse, intimidate, humiliate, or shame another person.
  • Discriminate based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any protected characteristic.
  • Post, send, or promote hateful, violent, graphic, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or degrading content.
  • Solicit sexual services, escort services, prostitution, trafficking, illegal drugs, weapons, or illegal activity.
  • Stalk, track, surveil, or monitor another person.
  • Share someone’s private information without consent.
  • Post or share images of another person without permission.
  • Create fake accounts, fake Invites, fake Proof Posts, fake profiles, or misleading content.
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, location, intentions, relationship status, availability, or purpose.
  • Pressure another user into meeting, chatting, sharing photos, paying money, or doing anything they do not want to do.
  • Send spam, scams, phishing attempts, chain messages, or fraudulent offers.
  • Promote unrelated businesses, services, events, political campaigns, fundraising, or commercial activity without our permission.
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automation, or unauthorized scripts.
  • Attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
  • Collect, store, or harvest personal data from other users without permission.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or these Terms.

Community Standards

& Kleos is designed to feel intentional, refined, safe, and socially elegant.

The following are not allowed:

  • Explicit sexual invitations.
  • Pornographic content.
  • Escort, adult-service, or compensated companionship solicitation.
  • Threats or intimidation.
  • Hate speech or slurs.
  • Graphic violence.
  • Non-consensual images.
  • Revenge posting or exposure.
  • Doxxing.
  • Fake Meetups.
  • Scams.
  • Impersonation.
  • Repeated unwanted contact.
  • Harassment after rejection.
  • Content that encourages self-harm, violence, exploitation, or illegal conduct.
  • Content involving minors in unsafe, sexual, or exploitative contexts.
  • Attempts to move users to unsafe external groups, chats, or platforms for prohibited purposes.
  • Any attempt to use & Kleos as a marketplace for illegal or regulated goods or services.

We may update our Community Standards from time to time.

User Content

You may upload, create, send, or display User Content through the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights to use it.
  • Your content does not violate another person’s rights.
  • Your content does not violate any law.
  • Your content does not violate these Terms.
  • Your content is not false, misleading, harmful, exploitative, or unsafe.
  • You have obtained any required permissions from people shown or identified in the content.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant & Kleos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, modify, adapt, process, transmit, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, moderate, promote, and provide the Service.

This license continues for as long as your User Content is available through the Service and may continue afterward where necessary for backup, legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legitimate business purposes.

Public Visibility of User Content

Some User Content may be visible to other users or the public, depending on the feature and your settings.

This may include:

  • Profile information.
  • Profile photos.
  • Public Invites.
  • Invite details.
  • Proof Posts.
  • Host or Guest activity.
  • Following or social presence features.
  • Other content you choose to share.

You are responsible for deciding what to share. Do not post private, sensitive, confidential, or personal information that you do not want others to see.

Proof Posts and Meetup Memories

& Kleos may allow users to upload Proof Posts after a Meetup.

Proof Posts are intended to preserve real-life social moments. They must not be used to expose, embarrass, pressure, sexualize, stalk, threaten, or harm another person.

You must not upload Proof Posts that include another person unless you have their permission or another lawful basis to do so.

You must not create fake Proof Posts, misleading Proof Posts, manipulated Proof Posts, or content suggesting that a Meetup occurred when it did not.

We may remove Proof Posts at our discretion, especially if they are reported, invasive, misleading, unsafe, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the standards of & Kleos.

Photos and Image Uploads

If you upload photos or images, you agree that:

  • You have the right to upload them.
  • They do not contain nudity, pornography, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or illegal content.
  • They do not exploit, endanger, or sexualize minors.
  • They do not show another person in a private, humiliating, or sensitive situation without consent.
  • They do not reveal private addresses, IDs, financial information, or confidential information.
  • They are not used to impersonate another person.
  • They do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.

We may use automated tools, manual review, user reports, or other moderation methods to detect, review, restrict, or remove prohibited images.

Chat and Messaging

& Kleos may allow users to chat after an Invite is accepted or through other approved features.

Chats are intended to help users coordinate real social plans.

You must not use chats to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse another user.
  • Send unsolicited explicit content.
  • Send spam, scams, phishing links, malware, or suspicious links.
  • Request money, gifts, financial assistance, personal documents, or sensitive information in a manipulative or fraudulent way.
  • Pressure users to move to another platform for prohibited or unsafe activity.
  • Repeatedly message someone who has not responded or has asked you to stop.
  • Coordinate illegal, exploitative, sexual, violent, or harmful activity.

We may review messages, message metadata, reports, or related information where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.

Location and Venue Information

The Service may use location-related information to help users create, discover, or join Invites.

Location features may include:

  • City or area.
  • Venue selection.
  • Map previews.
  • Distance indicators.
  • Suggested places.
  • Meeting-point information.
  • Location-based filtering or discovery.

You understand and agree that:

  • Location information may not always be accurate.
  • Venue information may be provided by users or third-party services.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, opening hours, pricing, availability, accessibility, or quality of any Venue.
  • You should verify Venue details independently before attending.
  • You should avoid sharing private addresses in Public Invites.

Your use of location-related features is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Venues

Meetups may take place at third-party Venues such as cafés, restaurants, lounges, galleries, hotels, public spaces, or other locations.

& Kleos does not own, operate, control, endorse, supervise, or guarantee third-party Venues unless expressly stated in writing.

We are not responsible for:

  • Venue safety.
  • Venue service quality.
  • Food or drink quality.
  • Opening hours.
  • Reservations.
  • Bills, charges, tips, or payment disputes.
  • Venue staff conduct.
  • Venue policies.
  • Loss, theft, injury, damage, or incidents at a Venue.

Any dispute with a Venue is between you and that Venue.

Payments Between Users

Unless & Kleos provides an official in-app payment feature, all payments, bills, costs, transportation expenses, food, drinks, reservations, tickets, or shared costs are handled outside the Service and are the responsibility of the users involved.

You must not use & Kleos to scam, pressure, manipulate, deceive, or coerce users into sending money or paying expenses.

We are not responsible for payment disputes between users.

Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

& Kleos may provide tools to report users, block users, remove content, and flag unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, report it through the app or contact us at connect@andkleos.io We may investigate reports and take action at our discretion, including:

  • Removing content.
  • Hiding or limiting Invites.
  • Restricting visibility.
  • Disabling chat.
  • Issuing warnings.
  • Suspending accounts.
  • Terminating accounts.
  • Preserving records for safety or legal reasons.
  • Reporting conduct to law enforcement where appropriate or legally required.

Blocking a user may limit their ability to interact with you, view your content, request your Invites, or contact you through the Service, depending on app functionality.

We are not required to disclose the outcome of moderation decisions.

Content Filtering and Review

To protect users and comply with platform requirements, we may use automated systems, manual review, user reports, keyword filters, image review, moderation queues, or other methods to identify objectionable, unsafe, illegal, or prohibited content.

We do not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected before it appears.

We may remove content even if it does not violate the law, if we believe it violates these Terms, harms user safety, damages the community, or conflicts with the intended atmosphere of & Kleos.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate your account at any time if we believe that:

  • You violated these Terms.
  • You created risk for another user.
  • You misused the Service.
  • You created fake, misleading, or unsafe content.
  • You used the Service for illegal or prohibited activity.
  • Your conduct harmed the community, reputation, safety, or atmosphere of & Kleos.
  • We are required to do so by law, platform rules, or safety concerns.

Restrictions may include loss of access to Invites, Requests, chats, Proof Posts, profile features, Paid Features, or the entire Service.

You may stop using & Kleos at any time.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the app, where available, or by contacting us at connect@andkleos.io When your account is deleted, we may delete, anonymize, or restrict access to certain account information, subject to technical, legal, safety, and business requirements.

We may retain certain information where necessary for:

  • Legal compliance.
  • Safety investigations.
  • Fraud prevention.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Accounting or tax obligations.
  • Security.
  • Backup systems.
  • Enforcement of these Terms.
  • Protection of users or the Service.

Deleting your account may not automatically delete content that other users have already seen, saved, shared, reported, or that remains necessary for legitimate purposes.

User Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

& Kleos may, but is not required to, become involved in disputes between users.

We are not responsible for resolving disagreements about:

  • Cancelled Meetups.
  • No-shows.
  • Unwanted interactions.
  • Personal misunderstandings.
  • Payment or bill disputes.
  • Venue disputes.
  • Friendship, romantic, business, or personal expectations.
  • Content shared by users.

We may take action if a dispute involves safety concerns, harassment, illegal activity, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

No Background Checks or Full Verification

Unless we expressly state otherwise, & Kleos does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, financial checks, psychological screening, or full profile verification on users.

Any verification feature, badge, selfie check, email verification, phone verification, or safety label does not guarantee that a user is safe, truthful, trustworthy, or suitable to meet.

You should use your own judgment when interacting with users.

Privacy

Your use of & Kleos is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information, including account information, profile details, location-related information, messages, photos, Invite activity, device data, analytics, and support communications.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy will generally control for privacy-specific matters.

Personal Data Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal data.

You may submit privacy or data requests through the app, where available, or by contacting us at connect@andkleos.io We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

We may decline, delay, or limit requests where permitted by law, including where retention is required for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and the Service.

However, no system, network, app, or method of transmission is completely secure.

You are responsible for securing your account, device, login credentials, and communications.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account or device, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Third-Party Services

The Service may include or rely on third-party services, including:

  • Map providers.
  • Venue/place providers.
  • Authentication providers.
  • Cloud hosting providers.
  • Analytics tools.
  • Payment processors.
  • App stores.
  • Notification services.
  • Customer support tools.
  • Email or SMS providers.
  • External websites.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, accuracy, or security.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Notifications

& Kleos may send you service-related notifications, including Invite updates, Requests, chat alerts, safety messages, account notices, and administrative notices.

Where required, we will ask for your permission before sending push notifications or marketing communications.

You may be able to manage notification preferences through your device settings or app settings.

Subscriptions

If & Kleos offers subscriptions, subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Subscription terms may include:

  • The subscription price.
  • The billing period.
  • The renewal date.
  • Trial period details, if any.
  • Cancellation instructions.
  • Feature access during the paid period.
  • Regional availability.

You are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions through the platform or app store account used to purchase them.

If you cancel a subscription, you may retain access until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

& Kleos may offer free trials, promotional subscriptions, discounts, credits, or early-access offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Free trials may convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period.
  • Promotional offers may be limited by time, region, eligibility, or feature availability.
  • Credits have no cash value.
  • Credits may expire.
  • Credits are non-transferable.
  • Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

To avoid charges after a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends.

Refunds

Payments made through Apple, Google, or another app store are generally subject to that provider’s refund policies.

Unless required by law or applicable app store rules:

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Partial billing periods are not refunded.
  • Unused credits or Paid Features are not refundable.
  • Termination, suspension, or deletion of an account may result in loss of access to unused Paid Features.
  • We are not required to compensate you for unused Paid Features if your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.

Misuse of Paid Features

You must not:

  • Share, sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, or resell Paid Features.
  • Use Paid Features for illegal or prohibited purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass payment systems.
  • Use chargebacks fraudulently.
  • Exploit bugs, refunds, trials, credits, or promotions.
  • Use Paid Features to spam, harass, mislead, or manipulate other users.

We may suspend, terminate, revoke, or limit Paid Features if we believe they are misused.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including the & Kleos name, logo, wordmark, visual identity, app design, interface, icons, graphics, animations, text, software, code, features, artwork, atmosphere, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to & Kleos.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Service.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use our name, logo, or brand assets without written permission.
  • Create confusingly similar products, branding, interfaces, or experiences.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use the Service in a way that infringes our rights or another person’s rights.

Using the Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to & Kleos.

Limited License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not allow you to:

  • Resell the Service.
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial activity.

  • Interfere with servers, networks, databases, or infrastructure.
  • Upload malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful code.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use the Service to test vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Use another user’s credentials or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Manipulate Invite visibility, Requests, Proof Posts, rankings, or user activity.
  • Collect or harvest user data without permission.

We may investigate and take action against suspicious technical activity.

Availability and Maintenance

We may update, modify, suspend, interrupt, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, third-party failures, security issues, app store requirements, legal restrictions, or other reasons.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not liable for loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, bugs, errors, delays, or discontinued features, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, government actions, legal restrictions, app store actions, payment provider failures, hosting failures, or other events beyond our control.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

& Kleos does not guarantee that:

  • You will meet a certain number of people.
  • Your Invites will receive Requests.
  • Your Requests will be accepted.
  • Accepted users will attend.
  • Meetups will be enjoyable, safe, successful, or suitable.
  • User profiles are accurate.
  • Venue details are accurate.
  • Chats will result in real plans.
  • Proof Posts are authentic.
  • The Service will meet your expectations.

You use the Service at your own risk.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Accuracy.
  • Availability.
  • Security.
  • Reliability.
  • Compatibility.
  • Safety.
  • Uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless & Kleos, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your Invites, Requests, chats, or Proof Posts.
  • Your Meetups or offline interactions.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.
  • Your fraud, misconduct, negligence, or misuse of the Service.

We reserve the right to control the defense of any claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us.

Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release & Kleos from claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your interactions with other users.
  • Your decision to attend or not attend a Meetup.
  • The conduct of users online or offline.
  • Disputes with Venues or third parties.
  • User Content posted by others.
  • Your reliance on information provided through the Service.

App Stores and Device Platforms

If you download & Kleos through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use of the app may also be governed by that platform’s terms and policies.

The app store provider is not responsible for operating & Kleos, handling user disputes, managing Meetups, or providing support for the Service unless required by its own terms.

If a platform’s rules require additional rights, restrictions, disclosures, or payment terms, those platform rules may apply in addition to these Terms.

International Use

& Kleos may be accessed from different countries or regions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.

We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.

We may restrict access to the Service in certain countries, regions, or locations at our discretion or where required by law.

Export, Sanctions, and Compliance

You agree not to use the Service in violation of applicable export controls, sanctions, anti-money laundering laws, anti-corruption laws, or other legal restrictions.

You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.

  • The app.
  • Email.
  • Push notification.
  • In-app message.
  • Website notice.
  • Other reasonable methods.

Feedback and Grievance Procedure

If you believe your rights, safety, privacy, or interests have been affected by another user, content on the Service, or a decision made by & Kleos, you may contact us at connect@andkleos.io Reports involving safety, harassment, explicit content, illegal activity, impersonation, minors, threats, or privacy violations should be sent to connect@andkleos.io or submitted through the in-app reporting tools where available.

We will review complaints according to our internal procedures. We are not required to provide a particular outcome or disclose confidential moderation details.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at connect@andkleos.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or operation of law.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver
